Marketing Specialist

Altasciences

Montréal, QC

Altasciences seeks a Marketing Specialist to develop B2B and internal marketing campaigns showcasing the company's brand, expertise, and services. The role encompasses content creation, video and podcast production, social media strategy, and project coordination, operating 90% remotely with periodic in-office presence in Quebec locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns including social media, email, digital ads, and website content
  • Produce video content from concept through editing, captioning, and promotional material development
  • Coordinate and produce the Off-Label With Altasciences podcast including pre- and post-production
  • Translate scientific information into accessible content collaborating with subject matter experts
  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining brand consistency across locations

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent (DEC/Bachelor's)
  • Minimum two years of related marketing experience
  • Expert-level video editing and copywriting skills
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Bilingual French and English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced computer literacy including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Drupal
