Office Manager Q Pizza Location 4517 West Saanich Rd Victoria, BC Salary 27.50 to 37.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Financial benefits, other benefits Languages English Education College/CEGEP or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Private sector Urban area Willing to relocate Responsibilities: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Delegate work to office support staff Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Resolve conflict situations Monitor and evaluate Oversee payroll administration Schedule staff Reconcile accounts Use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Office management Manage accounts payable Manage accounts receivable Maintain filing system Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income Compile inventory reports Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services Supervision 1 to 2 people Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Electronic mail Social Media Spreadsheet Accounting software Inventory control software MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Windows MS Word Database software Documentation knowledge Maintenance and repair reports Area of work experience Sales and marketing promotions Additional information Transportation/travel information Willing to travel Public transportation is available Work conditions and physical capabilities Work under pressure Attention to detail Large workload Personal suitability Flexibility Organized Reliability Benefits Financial benefits Bonus Other benefits Free parking available Learning/training paid by employer Team building opportunities Parking available Until: 2026-01-30
