One of our clients, a rapidly growing industrial company in the Ottawa area, is looking for someone exceptional to work directly alongside the CEO.

We're not looking for someone with 15 years of experience.

We're looking for someone who's smart, curious, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems.

This isn't a traditional administrative role.

It's an opportunity to become the person the CEO relies on to solve problems, improve systems, implement technology, coordinate projects, and gradually take more and more responsibility as the company grows.

What You'll Do

Every week will look different.

You Might Be

• Coordinating projects across the business
• Researching solutions to operational challenges
• Building AI automations that eliminate repetitive work
• Improving internal systems and workflows
• Implementing new software and technology
• Troubleshooting technology and process issues
• Preparing information that helps the CEO make better decisions
• Taking administrative work off the CEO's plate so they can stay focused on growing the business

You'll be expected to identify problems, think critically, and recommend better ways of doing things.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring things out.

Who We're Looking For

You'll likely be a great fit if you:

• Have a university degree
• Have 2-3 years of professional experience after graduation (co-op experience is also valuable)
• Learn quickly and enjoy solving problems
• Are highly organized and dependable
• Communicate well with people at every level of an organization
• Enjoy technology and are excited by AI and automation
• Take ownership instead of waiting to be told exactly what to do

Industrial Experience Is Not Required.

We're much more interested in how you think than where you've worked.
