Customer Service Representative

Promotional Product Company based in Regina looking for the right person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.  
What do we do? PromoWEAR + LogoSTUFF
PromoWEAR is anything you WEAR, that a company logo can be decorated upon
(jackets, shirts, hats, etc)
LogoSTUFF is anything you put a company logo on for loyalty, hype or appreciation
(mug, desk item, etc. ANYTHING literally)

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE:
Receive and review Sales Orders submitted by Sales team.
Enter, update and maintain orders accurately within our Software.
Verify customer requirements, product details, quantities, pricing, shipping information and required timelines.
Research and source promotional products based on customer requests when required.
Create and monitor Purchase Orders from beginning to completion of job.
Contact Suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, production lead times and shipping timelines.
Coordinate artwork, proof and other required approvals prior to production.
Follow up of all orders and maintain high caliber organization of jobs.
Handle rush and time sensitive orders.
Provide Sales Representatives with order status updates.
Manage multiple active ordered simultaneously white maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Processing, Sales Support, Order Coordination or Operations.
Experience working with Purchase Orders and Suppliers.
Must have a positive attitude.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle incoming and outgoing business calls.
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on task.
Ability to manage several active orders and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong follow up and organizational skills.
Ability and willing to learn new software and order management systems.
Good problem solving skills when dealing with supplier, inventory, production or delivery issues.
