Evening Scanning Supervisor

Our client, in the Pharmalogistics industry is seeking an Evening Scanning Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Supervisory experience, experience in transportation and excellent communication and leadership skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Evening Scanning Supervisor

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Range: $23-$28/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

What’s the Job?

• Supervise the evening scanning and sorting operations
• Ensure all freight, LTL skids, and courier packages are scanned accurately and on time
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to maintain operational efficiency
• Investigate and resolve scanning discrepancies, missing freight and operational issues
• Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and management to ensure smooth freight movement
• Generate and review operational reports as required

What’s Needed?

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse, or freight operations
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience using barcode scanners and freight management systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
