Job Responsibility:
Pacific Academy is seeking a dynamic, educational leader with a proven record of exemplary teaching and leadership. This position is 0.6 Vice-Principal and 0.4 teaching in the Middle School . The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of the leadership team at Pacific Academy commencing August 18, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Middle School Principal, provide leadership in all areas including - spiritual, academic, financial and organizational development
- Demonstrate personal accountability and professional growth
- Implement innovative practices for student success
- Support the development of competency-based learning
- Use relevant data to engage in instructional practices for improved student achievement
Qualifications:
- Have a master's degree from a recognized university, be working toward a Master's degree or have relevant administrative experience
- Hold a valid British Columbia teaching certificate
- Possess an understanding of and commitment to Christian Education
- Actively and personally support a Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith
- Be fluent in oral and written English
