Housekeeper / Household Assistant We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help maintain and organize our home while we are at work or traveling for business. We live in a medium-sized home in NDG (two floors plus a basement and garden), and are looking for someone who takes pride in thorough, meticulous work and can help keep our space consistently clean, comfortable, and well-organized. Responsibilities
- Perform detailed, full cleaning of the home on a regular basis
- Maintain overall organization and tidiness of all living spaces
- Make beds and refresh linens
- Handle in-home laundry, including washing, folding, and ironing
- Prepare clothing and coordinate dry cleaning when needed
- Assist with household readiness before and after travel
- Run occasional errands such as picking up groceries from the market or items from the local bakery
- We do not have children, but we do have a cat
- While we currently have separate pet sitters, being comfortable with (and fond of) cats is a plus
- Meticulous and highly organized
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experienced in housekeeping or similar roles
