Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordination of staff and overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate operations
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Price products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Develop, implement, and analyze budgets
• Participate in marketing plans and implementations
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer services
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced environment
• Work under pressure and with tight deadlines
• Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week; day and night shifts; schedule may vary according to operational requirements.

Computer and technology knowledge:

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Previous experience with HRM and restaurant management software/tools

Supervision:

• 5-10 people
