Bayshore Medical Personnel seeks a full-time Bilingual Primary Care Registered Nurse in Ottawa, Ontario. This role emphasizes comprehensive patient care in a primary health setting. In this position, you will assess, educate, and support patients in managing their health, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. The schedule offers daytime hours from Monday to Friday, ensuring no evenings or weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services for patients
- Assess and screen patients' health needs
- Assist in developing effective care plans
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyles
- Follow up on chronic disease management
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Provincial RN license
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bilingual in English and French
