Successful candidate to have:
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
At least six months of experience in a bar or lounge setting
Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel or similar
Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology principles
Effective time management and multitasking skills
Comfortably working in a standing position for extended periods
Ability to prepare drinks, including shaking cocktails and other beverage tasks
STEC Food and Beverage Server certification is an asset
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Duties:
Set up the bar area, operate during service, and ensure proper closing procedures
Manage the float for the bar and VLTs
Serve food and beverages in the lounge area and in banquet
Prepare beverages for the restaurant service team
Adhere to and implement the principles of "Serve It Right Saskatchewan"
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager
