Description Du Poste
Vos missions
- Vous êtes en charge du traitement des demandes de services dans le cadre des onboarding client.
- Configuration des backends des outils du SOC pour assurer une contextualisation appropriée des alertes qui y sont levées (cartographie).
- Configuration des front end utilisé par nos clients.
- Exécution dans les bonnes pratiques de sécurité et selon la PSSI Advens.
- Vous êtes en charge de la configuration des front ends utilisé par nos clients afin de consommer les alertes produites par le SOC.
- Configuration de nouveaux reportings.
- Création, suppression, modification utilisateurs.
- Création, suppression, modification des fichiers de cartographie.
- Vous êtes un support aux clients internes et externes au cybercenter.
- Aiguillage des demandes.
- Accompagnement utilisateur sur incident.
- Vous assurez des contrôles de niveau 1
