Senior Manufacturing Engineer

- Provide technical leadership and daily support to engineering and production teams to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Coordinate and oversee manufacturing and process‑related activities to support production efficiency, quality, and project timelines.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices to support changing business needs.
- Analyze operational and production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support new product launches, manufacturing projects, and process changes through planning, timeline management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Assist with project planning, cost analysis, and resource coordination for new and existing manufacturing initiatives.
- Promote and support workplace health, safety, and environmental standards through active participation in inspections and corrective actions.
- Participate in incident investigations and assist in implementing preventative and corrective measures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post‑secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
- Previous experience supporting or leading engineering or technical teams is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and production systems.
- Experience with project coordination and implementation in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.
