Strategist and Team Leader in Marketing

BBA Consultants

Drive BBA’s marketing success as a Strategist and Team Leader in Business Development. Collaborate closely with Sales teams to craft compelling tools and market strategies. This role involves establishing and maintaining the market’s unique value propositions while providing leadership to a team of content specialists. You will engage in developing impactful sales presentations and enhancing workflow processes for optimal quality and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

Design strategic proposals and client presentations
Establish market-specific value propositions
Lead the development of proposal strategies
Coach team specialists in content creation
Define standards for effectiveness and quality

Requirements:

10 to 15+ years in marketing, business development, or communications
Proven experience in strategic sales content creation
Strong skills in B2B positioning and storytelling
Experience managing in a matrix environment
Understanding market dynamics and competitive landscapes
