Épauler l'équipe des finances dans l'accomplissement des tâches quotidiennes.

Responsabilités

Validation de la conformité des bons de commandes;

Participation à la facturation;

Comptabilisation et réconciliation des encaissements clients;

Analyse des comptes en souffrance et préparation des dossiers de recouvrement;

Documentation électronique des informations comptables;

Collaboration à la production des analyses de fin de mois;

Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Purpose of the internship

Assist the finance team in accomplishing daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Validating the conformity of purchase orders;

Participating in invoicing;

Accounting for and reconciling customer receipts;

Analyzing overdue accounts and preparing collection files;

Electronic documentation of accounting information;

Collaborating in the production of end-of-month analyses;

All other related tasks.

Exigences du stage

Études en comptabilité ou finances;

2e ou 3e année d'études;

Très bonne connaissance d'Excel;

Expérience avec le système EPICOR (un atout).

Second or third year of studies;

Very good knowledge of Excel;
