You will facilitate communication between clients and service teams while managing complex tax issues and mentoring staff. Your leadership will drive revenue and foster strong client relationships across the firm. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor team members and provide performance feedback
• Advise clients on global tax services and strategies
• Oversee the technical review of international tax returns
• Generate new business and cross-sell to existing clients
• Stay informed on international tax law changes

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Accounting or related area
• CPA or LLB/JD in good standing
• 12+ years’ experience in international taxation
• Expertise in tax compliance and related forms
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
