Our client is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead technology efforts across their multi-site operations. This full-time position combines overseeing IT infrastructure with being involved in daily operations and technical support. Your role will include managing Microsoft environments and ensuring the delivery of stable, high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead IT operations across multiple sites
• Ensure uptime and performance of cloud platforms
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective service delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and project portfolios
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in IT operations or infrastructure management
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and support
• Proven ability to manage multi-site environments
• Background in service desk operations
Lead the charge in maintaining robust IT systems and enhancing operational success.
