Nous recherchons un technicien comptable principal doté de solides pour soutenir les opérations comptables du siège social. Il s'agit d'un poste stable et équilibré, offrant un excellent équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, ainsi que des avantages à long terme.
Principales responsabilités
- Préparer et remplir les déclarations de TPS/TVH/TVQ et aider aux vérifications documentaires.
- Examiner, approuver et traiter les factures et les paiements dans Yardi (P2P).
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs, les cartes de crédit et la petite caisse du siège social.
- Soutenir les activités de fin de mois et de fin d'année, y compris les allocations et les reclassifications du grand livre général.
- Coordonner la documentation d'audit et de fin d'année et aider à la réalisation de projets spéciaux.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Solide expérience en matière de conformité des comptes fournisseurs et de la taxe de vente.
- Expérience pratique de Yardi est un atout.
- Expérience dans le secteur immobilier requise.
- Bonne compréhension des allocations du grand livre général et des processus comptables.
- Souci du détail, sens de l'organisation et esprit de collaboration.

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Technician to support head office accounting operations. This is a stable, well-balanced role offering excellent work-life balance and long-term benefits.
Key Responsibilities (English)
- Prepare and file GST/HST/QST returns and assist with desk audits.
- Review, approve, and process invoices and payments in Yardi (P2P).
- Manage head office payables, credit cards, and petty cash.
- Support month-end and year-end activities, including GL allocations and reclassifications.
- Coordinate audit and year-end documentation and assist with special projects.
What We're Looking For (English)
- Solid experience in accounts payable and sales tax compliance.
- Hands‑on experience with Yardi is an asset.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry required.
- Strong understanding of GL allocations and accounting processes.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative.
