Your role includes shadowing skilled tradespeople, optimizing maintenance protocols, and assisting with capital project execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Millwrights and Electricians to craft maintenance SOPs
• Assist in reviewing and refining preventative maintenance activities
• Optimize spare parts for critical asset inspections
• Support Maintenance Manager with project management tasks
• Prepare engineering drawings and models for projects

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an engineering or technical program
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Ability to read drawings; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
• Excellent organization and critical thinking skills
• Troubleshooting ability is a valuable asset
