International Program Manager at General Dynamics

General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc.

Lead impactful international programs as a Program Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada in Ottawa. Shape defense solutions, ensuring projects meet budgets and timelines effectively. This full-time role requires a seasoned Program Manager to oversee complex International Tactical Communications and Information Systems (TacCIS) programs. You will be accountable for planning, execution, and stakeholder management to drive strategic outcomes. The position demands strong technical project management skills and the ability to foster customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and control program timelines, budgets, and risks
Ensure compliance with technical and programmatic requirements
Lead program reviews and communicate status updates
Manage RFI, RFP, and RFQ preparations
Mentor program teams and initiate improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
10+ years in Program Management, preferably in defense
Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Willingness for international travel
