Job Description

Depending on your profile and interests, you can contribute to one or both of these paths: 

Develop with AI 

You use the best AI tools to develop faster and better. 

• Use agentic AI tools and AI Ops to accelerate and improve the software development lifecycle. 
• Automate low-value tasks to focus your energy on complex problems. 
• Contribute to the evolution of existing solutions through new features, modernization, improved user experience, and system integration. 
• Adopt and share AI-assisted development best practices within the team. 

Build AI  

You design the models, pipelines, and architectures that power our solutions. 

• Design and deploy data pipelines and ML architectures in production. 
• Build solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and vector search, grounded in real clinical data. 
• Integrate models into real operational workflows. 
• Contribute to the quality, performance, and evolution of AI solutions in production. 

In both cases, your work has a concrete impact in real healthcare organizations for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for people who learn quickly and demonstrate strong autonomy. You’re likely a great fit if you: 

• Already use AI to learn, solve problems, or develop more effectively. 
• Enjoy understanding complex systems and finding concrete solutions. 
• Have solid foundations in object-oriented programming and algorithmic logic. 
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. 
• Show initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement. 
• Can quickly and independently develop new skills and technologies. 
• Are ambitious and eager to grow in your career. 

Relevant Experience 

Experience in programming, cloud environments, systems integration, AI feature development, B2B enterprise solutions, or regulated environments is an asset. That said, we value your ability to learn and your effective use of AI more than mastery of any specific technology.
