Customer-Focused Sales Consultant

Step into a rewarding role as a Customer-Focused Sales Consultant at The Brick. Assist customers in their purchases with effective relationship-selling techniques. In this critical role at The Brick, you will act as a Sales Consultant dedicated to enhancing the customer purchasing experience. Your deep understanding of products will allow you to assist clients effectively and build lasting relationships. Success in this position requires motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Work cohesively with peers to meet sales goals
- Use relationship selling to facilitate customer purchases
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all Brick products
- Build rapport swiftly with customers
- Succeed in a commission-focused sales environment
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication abilities are essential
- Proven multitasking and organization skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
