Lead and develop Client Services Managers and frontline staffManage Vancouver Coastal Health client relationships and portfolio needsPursue business opportunities, pipelines, negotiations, and renewalsImplement operational strategies, KPIs, and transition plansMonitor healthcare security trends, threats, and regulatory changesRequirements:
Seven years managing operational teams or settingsThree years in healthcare security or healthcare portfoliosCHPA designation attained or in progressKnowledge of British Columbia healthcare security legislationStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsBring healthcare security leadership, client management, business development, and operational expertise to Securiguard’s Metro Vancouver portfolio.
