ABOUT RADIANT SOLE Who We Are Radiant Sole is a premium hydronic heating contractor specializing exclusively in high-end custom residential homes throughout the GTA. We design, install, commission and service premium hydronic systems including in-floor radiant heating, radiators, snowmelt systems and boiler systems. We believe attitude is more important than experience. We're building one of Ontario's leading hydronic companies and are looking for motivated people who want to build a long-term career. | THE ROLE Position Overview We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the hydronic trade. Previous hydronic experience is not essential but preferred. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced technicians while learning stages of premium hydronic installations from rough-in through to hookups. We prioritize work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to develop above all else. |
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
• Assist technicians on installation projects
• Material handling, site setup and cleanup
• Assist with rough-in installations
• Assist with system hookups
• Follow instructions from senior technicians
• Learn installation techniques and best practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work safely and professionally on site
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Attributes
• Construction experience preferred but not essential
• Mechanical aptitude
• Hydronic experience is an asset but not required
• Valid driver's licence preferred
• Reliable and punctual
