General Manager at Sloane Community

Take charge as General Manager at Fitzrovia’s Sloane community, where you will lead operations and enhance the resident experience in a luxury setting across from Yorkdale Mall. This is a full-time onsite role. As the General Manager, you will oversee a multifaceted residential community, focusing on operational excellence, financial performance, and superior customer service. Your leadership will drive team development and foster strong tenant relationships while executing strategic community initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for property and amenity operations
Champion customer satisfaction through high service standards
Lead financial planning, reporting, and revenue optimization
Manage community programming and tenant relations
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

8–10 years in hospitality or property management
Experience overseeing mixed-use communities
Strong financial acumen and operational skills
Relevant higher education preferred
Proficient in property management systems
