Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) - 12-Month Contract

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) for a 12-month contract role supporting patient care and pharmaceutical commercialization services in Hamilton, Ontario. The position involves administering medications, monitoring infusions, coordinating with clinical teams, and providing patient education in home and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications (IM, SC, IV) in home or specialty clinic settings
- Monitor IV infusion treatments and document all activities per program protocols
- Provide patient education individually or in group settings based on program standards
- Report adverse events and product complaints according to company policies
- Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, and scheduling to meet appointment timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current registration with provincial licensing body and CPR certificate
- Diploma or university degree in nursing or related field
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting
- IV therapy experience; ACLS, PALs, and central venous line experience are assets
- Reliable availability to meet agreed employment terms and KPIs
