Quality Assurance Release Specialist

Quality Assurance Release Specialist supports Cencora's patient and provider support services in Canada. The role monitors compliance with quality management systems, manages deviations and corrective actions, prepares audit materials, and generates quality reports across assigned operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to quality management system requirements and good practices across operational activities
- Maintain controlled documents, quality records, SOPs, work instructions, and retention logs
- Track deviations, complaints, and corrective actions through investigation and effectiveness verification
- Prepare audit and inspection materials, compile objective evidence, and track response actions
- Generate quality metrics, prepare reports identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, supply chain, or related field
- Less than 2 years QA/quality management experience in regulated or operational services environment
- Knowledge of quality management system concepts and documentation control practices
- Knowledge of GxP/GVP/GDP principles, CAPA fundamentals, and audit readiness practices
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare audit documentation packages
- Proficiency with business applications and quality platforms for records management
- ASQ CQA, CPHQ, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma, or ISTQB certification preferred
