SCRUFF Brand Marketing Manager

Drive SCRUFF brand awareness and community engagement from Canada in a fully remote marketing management position. Lead creative initiatives and partnerships.
As Marketing Manager, you will support the globally recognized LGBTQ+ dating platform across North America. Build influencer relationships, coordinate events, explore sponsorships, and recommend digital marketing opportunities. Collaborate with an international marketing team to strengthen brand visibility through authentic experiences and fresh strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships
- Coordinate event partnerships across the United States and Canada
- Oversee event activations and brand representation
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and operational requirements
- Resolve challenges during live events and activations
Requirements:
- Marketing experience across creative initiatives and execution
- Relationship-building skills with community partners and vendors
- Project management capability across independent partnership projects
- Ability to collaborate with international marketing teams
- Understanding of authentic LGBTQ+ community engagement
