Front Desk at Cottage Resort

Job Responsibility:

ROLE OF AN FRONT DESK

We are looking for fun, friendly front desk team members who love working with people.

You are the first person our cottage owners and rental guests see and speak to. Our goal is to ensure our guests are greeted and helped immediate, whether it's checking them for their cottage vacation, scooping an ice cream cone or asking a question about our resort.

You are an ambassador for the resort.

If you have high customer service standards, love to help and have the gift of friendly conversation, this may be the right role for you.

We work weekdays and weekends.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
