Drive paid social activation for Omnicom Media in Toronto’s hybrid Campaign Manager role, managing Meta, TikTok, and performance optimization.
As a Campaign Manager, Paid Social Activation, you will execute campaigns across major social platforms. You will manage budgets, pacing, targeting, bidding, creative, and defined client KPIs. The position also involves analytics, testing, audience segmentation, and collaboration with strategy, planning, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution across paid social platforms
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs
- Optimize targeting, bidding, and creative performance
- Analyze data and recommend actionable improvements
- Participate in client reporting and performance discussions
Requirements:
- One to two years of paid social experience
- Strong expertise across major social channels
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns
- Understanding of attribution, tracking, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
