Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Case Worker to join our team. The Case Worker will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in need, ensuring their well-being and advocating for their rights.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate potential immigration cases
2. Take full responsibility for assigned files or applications
3. Develop strategies and outline the necessary immigration steps for clients
4. Identify the documentation clients need to provide based on the established immigration strategy
5. Communicate with clients to gather required documents or suggest modifications to previously submitted documents
6. Examine and assess documents related to clients' education, training, work experience, and civil status
7. Research and review government resources to ensure processes are up-to-date and the correct documents are being utilized
8. Collect all necessary documents for timely submission and processing
9. Complete required government forms for various applications
10. Draft submission letters, using precedents or creating documents from scratch when necessary
11. Supervise, delegate, and review tasks of the processing team to meet company standards
12. Manage the LMIA-WP department, providing coaching and mentorship to team members
13. Report to the Senior Immigration Consultant
14. Review and advise on client documents
15. Submit CSEs for ongoing immigration cases
16. Contact, update, and make inquiries with IRCC regarding ongoing immigration cases
17. Conduct a final review of the clients application, supporting evidence, and documents
18. Submit the clients application package to the appropriate IRCC Visa Office
19. Keep clients informed of any progress and respond to all requests from or on behalf of the client
20. Research immigration programs and report findings to the Senior Immigration Consultant
