Become an Infant-Toddler Educator at YMCA Chetwynd Care and Learning Centre with a full-time opportunity. Engage and support young children while implementing the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum. This temporary full-time position involves providing quality care for infants and toddlers. Establish strong relationships with families and collaborate with your team to create a safe, nurturing environment. You'll play a key role in delivering age-appropriate programs while maintaining a clean and supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care and programming for children
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe environment
- Implement YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum effectively
- Maintain constant supervision during activities
- Basic ECE certification recognized in British Columbia
- Infant Toddler Educator License required
- Strong communication skills
- Emergency First Aid and CPR-C & AED certificate
- Current Criminal Record check required
