About the role

This is a founding role. As Vasco's first GTM Engineer, you'll bring a new lever to how we and our clients grow: AI-powered workflow automation that replaces the manual, repetitive work that slows revenue teams down. Internally, that means building the systems behind how we operate and go to market. For our clients, it means deploying that same capability alongside our product and fractional services, including the automated CRM flows that keep their data trustworthy enough to act on.

You'll sit in our GTM team, reporting to Justin, our Head of Sales and CS, and work closely with the founders and every customer-facing team. Twelve months in, the operational grind that runs on people today runs on systems you built instead.

What you will do

• Map and eliminate manual work: Audit where our operations still run on repetitive effort, design the automation that removes it, and ship it as systems the team can rely on long-term.

• Build GTM automations: Own the workflows and pipelines behind how we attract and fill our events and client opportunities, from signal sourcing and list building to automated outreach.

• Deploy for clients: Work alongside our RevOps Partners in Customer Success to identify automation opportunities in clients' GTM and revenue operations, then build and hand off systems that cut manual CRM work and keep their data clean enough to decide on.

• Proactively raise the next opportunity: Bring ideas for what to automate next, make the case for them, and own the execution once you have buy-in.

What we’re looking for

• Proven builder. You've built automations that survive real use, whatever your background:, workflow automation, technical RevOps, or even Software Engineering. What matters is you've shipped systems that held up in production, not just demos.

• AI-first. Claude is part of how you build daily, and you'll push the Claude suite and Claude Code further than we already do.

• Systems integration. You've automated real work by wiring tools and data together, through automation platforms or your own code. The capability matters more than any specific tool.

• Self-starter who sells the idea. You spot the work no one pointed you to, get buy-in, and execute without hand-holding.

• Cross-team communicator. You can explain a system clearly to someone who'll never open it.

What'll make you stand out

• Claude / AI tooling. Strong Claude or AI-coding-assistant experience.

• Automation platforms. Hands-on with Clay, Zapier, or n8n (Clay especially).

• CRM fluency. HubSpot or Salesforce, with a feel for how data moves through one.

• Client-facing background. Prior client-facing experience.

À propos du rôle

C'est un rôle fondateur. En tant que premier GTM Engineer de Vasco, tu apporteras un nouveau levier à notre croissance et à celle de nos clients : l'automatisation de flux de travail propulsée par l'IA, qui remplace le travail manuel et répétitif qui ralentit les équipes de revenus. À l'interne, ça veut dire bâtir les systèmes derrière notre façon d'opérer et d'aller au marché. Pour nos clients, ça veut dire déployer cette même capacité aux côtés de notre produit et de nos services fractionnés, y compris les flux CRM automatisés qui gardent leurs données assez fiables pour agir.

Tu feras partie de notre équipe GTM, relevant de Justin, notre Head of Sales and CS, et tu travailleras de près avec les fondateurs et chaque équipe en contact avec la clientèle. Douze mois plus tard, le travail opérationnel répétitif qui repose sur des personnes aujourd'hui roulera plutôt sur des systèmes que tu auras bâtis.

Ce que tu feras

• Repérer et éliminer le travail manuel : Trouver où nos opérations roulent encore sur de l'effort répétitif, concevoir l'automatisation qui l'élimine, et la livrer sous forme de systèmes fiables à long terme.

• Bâtir des automatisations GTM : T'approprier les flux de travail et les pipelines derrière la façon dont on attire et remplit nos événements et nos opportunités clients, de la création de signaux et du list building jusqu'à la prise de contact automatisée.

• Déployer chez les clients : Travailler aux côtés de nos RevOps Partners en Customer Success pour repérer les occasions d'automatisation dans les opérations GTM et de revenus des clients, puis bâtir et transférer des systèmes qui réduisent le travail CRM manuel et gardent leurs données assez propres pour décider.

• Proposer la prochaine occasion de façon proactive : Apporter des idées sur quoi automatiser ensuite, en faire la démonstration, et t'approprier l'exécution une fois que tu as l'adhésion.

Ce qu'on recherche

• Builder confirmé. Tu as bâti des automatisations qui survivent à un usage réel, peu importe ton parcours: automatisation de workflows, RevOps technique, ou même génie logiciel. Ce qui compte, c'est que tu aies livré des systèmes qui ont tenu en production, pas juste en démo.

• L'IA d'abord. Claude fait partie de ta façon de bâtir au quotidien, et tu pousseras la suite Claude et Claude Code plus loin qu'on ne le fait déjà.

• Intégration de systèmes. Tu as automatisé du vrai travail en reliant des outils et des données, via des plateformes d'automatisation ou ton propre code. C'est la capacité qui compte, pas un outil précis.

• Autonome et capable de vendre une idée. Tu repères le travail que personne ne t'a pointé, tu obtiens l'adhésion, et tu exécutes sans qu'on te tienne la main.

• Communicateur transversal. Tu sais expliquer clairement un système à quelqu'un qui ne l'ouvrira jamais.

Ce qui te démarquera

• Outillage Claude / IA. Une solide expérience de Claude ou d'un assistant de codage IA.

• Plateformes d'automatisation. De l'expérience concrète avec Clay, Zapier ou n8n (Clay en particulier).

• Aisance CRM. HubSpot ou Salesforce, avec une compréhension de la circulation des données.

• Parcours en contact client. Une expérience antérieure en contact avec la clientèle.
