Receptionist

The Estevan Eye Clinic is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist  to join our team!  This is a full time contract  position which is Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m. with the opportunity for additional hours when required.
As a key member, the candidate must be :
-Professional when dealing with the public
-Highly Motivated and organized
-Punctual and reliable
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate
Duties include but not limited to the following:
-Booking patients on our inhouse computer system for their eye health checkups
-Answering phones and faxing confidential documents
-Process invoices and submit insurance claims for patients
-Complete extra diagnostic testing for patients at the request of the doctor
