Paint Department Sales Clerk

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary:Join our family business with over 25 years of Home Hardware experience! We are seeking a Full-Time Paint Department Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.- Assist customers with selecting paint colours and decorating products.- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or payment systems and assisting customers in other areas in the store- Provide advise on current techniques and trends.- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred- Proficient in cash handling procedures and cashiering- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with customers- Capability to demonstrate products effectively during product demos and participate in product training as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
