Parts Manager – RV DealershipTraveland RV is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our busy Parts department. If you have 5 years experience managing a successful parts operation, this is your opportunity to step into a rewarding role with excellent pay, benefits, and long term growth opportunities. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented leader who understands the unique demands of the RV Industry -- from specialized parts and accessories to warranty returns to delivering exceptional customer service. If this sounds like you, apply today!Job ResponsibilitiesParticipate in operations/departmental planningReconcile daily parts invoicesTrack the daily gross sales of parts departmentReconcile and report shortages and/or damageReconcile parts/warranty return reportsProvide on-the-job training for parts department staffCompile and analyze monthly management reportsMaintain tight control over parts inventoryEnsure the quality of customer service provided by parts departmentCalculate and submit monthly obsolescence reportsHold weekly department meetingsAttend weekly manager meetingsQualificationsMinimum of 5 years experience in a Parts Management role ( RV Industry experience strongly preferred )Strong knowledge of RV Parts and warranty process.BenefitsCanada Life CoverageStaff Lunch, MonthlyAnnual Incentive Mexico Trip!!!Career advancement opportunities.Traveland RV Supercentres are here to provide you with quality and professional service from a dedicated team that will help make your RV and Motor Home experience a lifetime of enjoyment.
