- Lead the resident care team effectively
- Manage care staff and operational budgets
- Ensure regulatory compliance and care standards
- Facilitate quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to feedback with compassion and action
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred
- Current RN registration with provincial body
- 5 years of nursing experience, 2 in leadership
- Expertise in long-term care regulations and standards
- Proficient in relevant electronic health record technologies
