Full Cycle Part Time Bookkeeper

Duties:

- Full Cycle Bookkeeping- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data- Payroll processing bi-weekly- Monitor and manage the company's budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities- Generate financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making

Skills:- Proficiency in Sage accounting software- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 2 year minimum
• Calculate and prepare commissions and payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Computer and technology knowledge
