TA MISSION
En tant que Gestionnaire, Intelligence Marché et Consommateur , vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’identification et l’évaluation de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires pour le Cirque du Soleil. Relevant du VP Développement stratégique et faisant partie de l’équipe Développement global, vous dirigerez et réaliserez des études de marché et de faisabilité pour appuyer le développement de nouveaux spectacles permanents, productions saisonnières, événements sur mesure et autres projets de divertissement innovants à l’échelle mondiale.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Concevoir et réaliser des études de marché et des recherches consommateurs pour évaluer la faisabilité et le potentiel de nouveaux projets.
- Mener des recherches primaires (incluant la conception de questionnaires, la gestion du terrain et l’analyse des données) et des recherches secondaires (analyse concurrentielle, rapports de tendances, analyse de taille de marché, etc.).
- Développer des analyses et des rapports clairs pour partager les résultats avec les parties prenantes et les équipes projets.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (développement des affaires, création, marketing, finances, commandites, etc.) pour aligner les insights avec les objectifs stratégiques.
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs externes de recherche.
TON EXPERTISE UNIQUE
- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en recherche marketing quantitative, idéalement dans les secteurs du divertissement, des médias, du voyage ou de l’expérience client – en entreprise (côté client) ou en agence de recherche
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en marketing
- Maîtrise des plateformes de sondage (idéalement Qualtrics)
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint
- Solides compétences en analyse et en storytelling, avec la capacité de transformer des données complexes en recommandations concrètes
- Grand souci du détail, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et esprit collaboratif, avec la capacité de travailler de manière transversale dans un environnement dynamique
- Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais

YOUR MISSION
As Market & Consumer Intelligence Manager , you will play a key role in identifying and assessing new business opportunities for Cirque du Soleil. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Development and sitting within the Global Development team, you will lead and conduct market research and feasibility studies to support the development of new permanent shows, seasonal productions, custom events, and other innovative entertainment projects around the world.
This role combines strategic thinking, research expertise, and data analysis. You will leverage primary data (mostly through quantitative research) as well as internal data (e.g., brand health trackers, post-show surveys, etc.) and secondary market data to generate actionable insights that will inform the early-stage development of new projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute market and consumer research initiatives to assess the feasibility and potential of new projects.
- Conduct primary research (including questionnaire design, fieldwork management and data analysis) and secondary research (competitive analysis, trend reports, market sizing, etc.).
- Develop clear, compelling analysis and reports to share insights with executive stakeholders and project teams.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., business development, creative, marketing, finance, sponsorship) to align insights with strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with external research vendors.
YOUR MISSION
- 5-7 years of experience in quantitative marketing research, preferably in entertainment, media, travel, or consumer experience industries – either in-house (client-side) or at a marketing research agency
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing
- Proficiency with survey platforms (ideally Qualtrics)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical and storytelling abilities, with a talent for turning complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to details, organized and rigorous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English
