Position Overview: Are you someone who loves keeping things moving and running smoothly? Joinour team as a
Night Dispatcher , where your ability to solve problems, think on your feet, and communicate clearly will make a real impact every day! In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, drivers, and customers to ensure equipment and freight are where they need to be—safely, efficiently, and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action and driving operational success.
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across departments, terminals, and customers to overcome logistical challenges and keep freight and equipment moving.
- Communicate directly with drivers, providing them with everything they need for successful job completion.
- Support internal planning and revenue operations, especially when unique circumstances arise.
- Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance, always looking for ways to minimize empty miles and boost efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, safety briefings, and company events.
- Assist drivers in planning vacation coverage and ensure visibility plans are kept up to date for supervisors.
- Additional terminal specific duties as required.

Key Skills
- Experience with the Truck Mate system is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prepare reports in Word and Excel.
- Confident with general computer use and quick on the keyboard.
Working Conditions
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting where no two days are the same.
- Comfortable working nights.
- Ability to handle high volumes of communication through email, phone, and satellite messaging with confidence and professionalism.
