About the Opportunity

• Ensure project data accuracy and maintain repositories for reporting and audit readiness. 
• Coordinate change management activities, including communication planning, deployment readiness, and post?deployment support. 
• Support vendor and contract management, including deliverables tracking and compliance. 
• Implement quality assurance practices and safety protocols across project phases. 
• Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. 
• Engage with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and risks, providing regular status updates. 
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to support infrastructure integration and solution deployment. 
• Apply Agile and Hybrid methodologies to promote efficient delivery and continuous improvement. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring adherence to governance standards. 
• Plan and execute medium?to?large IT projects, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs. 

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (with a project management focus), or a related discipline. 
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in IT project management, including infrastructure, networking, or hybrid cloud projects. 
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, resource planning, risk assessment, and vendor coordination. 
• Familiarity with software technologies and platform services (Microsoft experience is an asset). 
• Proven ability to work in cross?functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. 
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written. 
• PMP certification is required. 

Pay Range
$87.58 - $97.58/hr
