At Smitty’s, we value experience and dedication. As a Line Cook, you will prep, cook, and serve a variety of dishes while maintaining high food safety standards. Successful candidates must thrive in a team environment and have reliable transportation. Key Responsibilities:
- Prep and stock food items for service
- Prepare specified dishes following recipes
- Cook through grilling, frying, and sautéing
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Perform inventory checks and food logs
- Valid food handler’s certification required
- Minimum of 1 year as a line cook
- Open availability for varied shifts
- Ability to manage fast-paced cooking
- Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant
