Techno-Functional Consultant for Dayforce

Utilize your Dayforce expertise remotely as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Brunel. Brunel collaborates with a top consulting firm seeking a techno-functional consultant for Dayforce’s Talent Management module. You will engage in configuration, business process alignment, and deliver client interactions. Your previous experience with Dayforce modules such as Reporting, Recruiting, and Onboarding will be essential to this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Dayforce Reporting and Talent Management modules
- Translate business needs into actionable system configurations
- Facilitate business process optimization for clients
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytic solutions
- Support troubleshooting for recruiting and onboarding issues
- Proven Dayforce experience in Reporting, Recruiting, or Onboarding
- Background in supporting Dayforce deployments or enhancements
- Active Reliability Clearance or eligibility to obtain
- Availability Monday to Friday during EST hours
- Strong communication and documentation proficiency
