Food Counter Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Counter Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage a fast-paced environment efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for the store operation.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
  • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Qualifications:- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
