Culinary Manager

Aramark is recruiting a Culinary Manager for a Long-Term Care facility located in Welland, ON. The Culinary Manager is responsible for directing, planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the food service department to ensure the nutritional needs of each resident are met within established budgets and existing legislative parameters. Adopt Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends Educate teams on key levers to improve margins Bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management Follow Operational Excellence fundamentals by maintaining food and labour initiatives Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of P&L statements Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations relating to health, safety, wage and hour.
