Expected Start Date: September 13, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Pasqua Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Discharge Coordination Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: March 13, 2027 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Weekends, Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: 12 shifts of 11.78 hours per 4 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Extended Shift Hours (11.78) Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - BSW Senior $37.949 to $46.403 Travel Required: No Job : The Senior Social Worker is an experienced clinician who may provide supervision and coaching within acute care in the Discharge Planning and Support. The position requires the use of high order knowledge, clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to assess and support patients and/or to coach, mentor, orientate and provide education to an assigned team in Discharge Planning and Support. Drawing on standards of practice for case management; professional codes of ethics; social work standards of practice in health care; program policy and procedures; and, relevant legislation, the senior social worker provides high quality client service and maintains professional standards of practice. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Three years recognized clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
