Joining Stem Health as a Men's Health Physician means shaping a groundbreaking program dedicated to men's health. Focused on comprehensive assessments, you will address hormonal, cardiovascular, sexual, and psychological health, utilizing advanced diagnostics. Ideal candidates will have expertise in testosterone therapy and executive healthcare, facilitating enduring physician-patient relationships that foster real health transformations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough men's health assessments considering multiple health aspects
- Manage testosterone optimization and health-related prescribing
- Evaluate and treat sexual health issues comprehensively
- Integrate care with interdisciplinary team efforts
- Document all clinical evaluations and treatment plans accurately
- Medical degree and CPSO licensure in good standing
- 3-5 years of focused clinical experience in men's health
- Proficiency in testosterone therapy and men's health diagnostics
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially around sensitive topics
- Knowledge of cardiometabolic risk management for men
