Nanny Wanted - Long Term Full Time Nanny Small Group Childcare Monday Friday Competitive Pay

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and engaging part-time nanny to join our childcare team. This is a unique opportunity to provide care for a small, consistent group of children connected to our family-run business. We are ideally looking for someone available Monday through Friday afternoons, approximately 1:30–6:00 p.m., and are happy to consider candidates looking for three to five consistent afternoons per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday availability is required. The position involves caring for my two daughters, ages 3 and 18 months, each afternoon, along with after-school care for my 5-year-old son and another 5-year-old boy through our shared childcare arrangement. The exact group can vary depending on school schedules and the shared-care arrangement. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating meaningful, engaging afternoons rather than simply supervising. Our kids are active and high-energy, so this role is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being on the go with them, whether that means spending time outdoors, walking around Dundas, visiting the park, reading, creating art, or learning through play. We offer considerable independence in planning activities and routines and are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, communicates openly, and is comfortable using their judgment to make thoughtful decisions. Above all, we are looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, and interested in becoming a positive, consistent presence in the children's lives. Childcare takes place in Dundas in a dedicated childcare space. We want our nanny to feel ownership of that space, keeping it organized, clean, and set up in a way that works well for the children and their activities. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required. Previous nanny or childcare experience is required. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Competitive compensation starting at $23/hour, with higher compensation considered based on experience and qualifications. Compensation is paid through payroll.
