EUC Lead Windows, Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management

Role Descriptions:
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation operations.
Lead remediation of Critical High and Medium vulnerabilities identified through Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.
Review exposure scores vulnerability trends patch compliance and remediation effectiveness.
Drive monthly remediation planning and prioritization.
Manage remediation teams including Defender Analysts Intune EngineersPackaging Engineers and Citrix Engineers.
Coordinate with Security Infrastructure Application Owners and Customer stakeholders.
Develop remediation strategies for OS browser third-party applications and Citrix environments.
Review Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.
Present executive dashboards risk reports compliance reports and SLA metrics.
Manage exception handling and risk acceptance processes. Ensure adherence to patching SLAs and compliance targets.
