Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor | Brampton, ON | Afternoon Shift (3pm - 12 am)

Are you an experienced leader from a manufacturing, food production, packaging, or high-volume operations environment? We’re partnering with a growing organization that is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive safety, quality, and performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and coach production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Monitor productivity, labour utilization, quality, and shift performance to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, health & safety, and company procedures.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive, accountable team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, food production, or a similar industrial environment .
• Experience leading teams and achieving production KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, safety standards, and continuous improvement practices .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an asset.
