- Design and deliver synthesis plans based on project specifications
- Collaborate with AI teams to optimize experimental plans
- Enhance automated synthesis platform performance and stability
- Maintain and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee operation and optimization of synthesis platforms
- PhD in Chemistry or related field
- Strong project management and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Passion for automation in chemistry research
- Proven problem-solving capabilities
